Prior to this last visit, I had canceled the service because I didn't want someone putting fertilizer on a lawn that had parts of the lawn dying. I was very upset that no one was working on the most pressing lawn issue.
As a matter of fact, Quamain Clark was finishing up a neighbor's yard and I thought he was going to try to put chemicals down on our lawn so I walked up to the truck and told him to make sure not to stop at our yard.
Long story short, Mr. Clark explained that he had already treated our yard for the sod worms and if I looked closely I would see grass growing back in those spots. After our conversation, I thanked him for his follow up and told him that if he had the time to service our yard which he did. It was obvious that he had done his homework and had research the problem and was working on the solution!
My lawn looks really good with the services you are providing. My neighbors often speak about how healthy it looks.
Today I had Aeration done to my lawn. The two men ( Brandon and Alex) who preformed the service were very courteous and professional. Brandon explained what the service involved and answered any question I had. After the service, Brandon offered helpful advice and suggestion to help me maintain a healthy lawn.

I am a new costumer, this is my first month with TruGreen. It is late October so the grass is not growing as much, but I can still see a diffference after one treatment. And our tech, Nathan, is friendly and pleasant, but most of all he is knowledgeable about the lawn and his products/services. He is able to answer questions about what his products can/will do for the lawn. So far it looks like he is correct! I like that.

My lawn is BEAUTIFUL! Thick, green and no weeds or bugs. My technician Robert Vancourt is very knowledgeable and if I'm home, always go out of his way to speak with me about any concerns I may have, and also gives me a heads up on any issues that might arise relative to my lawn that may present itself. It's his expertise that is a reason I stick with Trugreen!
Jermain always inspects the lawn and shrubs and if finding as issue rings my bell to tell me how he addressed it.

What I like about TruGreen is that they contacts you a day or two before arriving. The specialist before leaving will explain what he done and why he did it. The specialist that service my yard is Mr. Quamain Clark. He seems to be very knowledgeable of what he is doing.

I like TruGreen because the specialist can assess the problems and take care of them for me. Quamaine Clark took the time to explain to me what weeds were in the yard and how he would get rid of them. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I like that I don't have to goout and buy chemicals and take time to put them out.

Quamain Clark came today on a special call to treat the brown spot in my back yard. After treatment, he stayed and discussed other lawn issues with me and did additional weed treatment in the front yard. He was quite professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Great service, Quamain!

The technician comes on the day promised, and if there are any problems with the lawn, he talks to us to make suggestions.
