Prompt thorough. Technician also took time to identify a dying plant for me that I need to replace. That was an unexpected bonus. He used an app. called leaf snap.
The home office and the Tec's are great. They demonstrate genuine care and concern for their customers..
I've been with Trugreen for many years love the service. That they have provided. My only problem is me having to call to have someone to come out and treat my lawn. I never had to do this until this year. I've made four calls this year so far to have my lawn treated. I'm hoping that this can get fixed and soon.
TruGreen, is always on time and the service is great. The technician goes right on with the job and always leaves information on what wad done and what to expect. Excellent service and very professional.
When I had a problem 5 different TruGreen staff called me to appologize and offer help. That was over and above.
BTW I have not received my reimbursement for the cost of damages?

I love the service that TruGreen provide me for so many years, my concern is this. I have made several calls this years to have service complete on my lawn. Where in the past it was automatic. I would like to know why and I make these call in which I did have to last year or any other year. At the beginning of 2023 I've made several call this year because months have went by and no call reminder from TruGreen. I really would like this fix or I'll be send make my next phone or email to higher. Thank you.
Adam was the name of my service tech. He was very helpful.. checking on the concerns at had with the grass, weeds etc.
I also the fact that he did come to door as I request to hear what my concerns were.
My lawn is growing and improving in its look.
Keeps the grass fertilized well. keeps some of the insects out.
Trugreen is always dependable and comes when the appointment is scheduled...never a "no-show". The are professional do a great job. Our yard looks great and gets many compliments from "walkers" and friends that come over. We love Tru-green.
