Pleasant staff and attention to detail!
Ruben was very prompt on the day of appointment and knowledgable. This was our first service and Ruben was confident that the yard had potential and we are hopeful.
I will comment that using the website and app for "rescheduling" isn't very user friendly, it would be nice to have a contact directly with Ruben through app or e mail messaging.
We look forward to our next few services and a summer of clean healthy yard.

I can't believe the way my grass looks already, you folks obviously have great application timing! And it was good to see your specialist Roger Dominuez #102161 here again! Roger is always a perfect gentleman, a no nonsense worker who obviously knows exactly what he's doing and he conducted himself perfectly according to your "distancing" policy. However, I did go out to chat with him briefly (just as a courtesy and at a distance!) and found him to be his usual smiling, pleasant self. I hope that he can continue doing our service regularly.

Mr. Kasur was very professional and he definitely did a great job explaining everything me. I would like it for Mr Kasur to be my tech for every lawn treat from this point forward.

I do not know how effective the last treatment will be after a heavy rain with the ground saturated and a good portion of the yard covered with standing water.
We received tree/shrub service on 4/25/2020 from Kimberly Bennett. She did a great job, as usual.
I need to also notify you that our tree/shrub service does not appear on our TruGreen account page on the website. The only service that shows there is our lawn maintenance agreement. Please add the tree/shrub service to our webpage.

Good Morning, I have been a customer since 2014 and have seen improvements with the weed control and grass growing. Thanks Jack
My yard is looking good so far this year. The grass is thinning in some places but Kasar told me the treatment being applied would help thicken the grass. The fungus that normally appears in mid-January through February has not appeared yet. Kasur Young has been very detail oriented since the first TRUGREEN treatment of the new year. The last three or four years a fungus has owned my yard January through May. I am always purchasing bags Black Kow topsoil to fix the affected spots. We talked about Spurge appearing in May. Spurge shows up in my yard about May and explodes until fall. Kasur Young will keep an eye out for it during my next treatment. So far Kasur has been on top of things.
Roger was very professional. He came on time, he completed the job thoroughly and in a timely manner. He left the paperwork with me explaining the service completed and his recommendations.
I like the results of the applications and my service specialist Sean Brooks, who is very professional and explains my yard requirements in detail.

The service specialist, Roger Dominguez, was very friendly. I voiced my concerns and asked questions about what he would do and what I needed to do to create a beautiful lawn. He was quick with his answers and that made me comfortable with his knowledge of each situation. I hope that he will be my regular service specialist because I trust his ability to address each situation that may arise.

Ruben is the best he is the only one to take care of our home
I was surprised when Ruben fogged the ENTIRE YARD for mosquitoes! My experience with commercial insecticide service is poor as they only do half the job and I fire them. Why I took over spraying insecticides for my yard and interior/exterior home years ago. However, I am getting old and my wife needs someone who will at least attempt to do the job correctly. The fogging was done correctly, thanks. My green kyllinga needs further attention which Ruben said he would do next yard trip. Look forward to seeing Ruben again soon.
I had the pleasure of having Ruben POL as my technician. He was right on time for our appointment. He was courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the scope of your service. Instructed me what to do going forward and patiently asked if I had further questions.
I am hoping I have Ruben for subsequent service calls.
