Timely service
Prompt and courteous service and a very healthy and green lawn
To be honest, my service has not been great in the past year. I really missed David Gonzalez my usual Tech. I know he was out of the country, but he is back now and I am expecting great things! David always looks at the yard while he is here to check for any problems. The techs i have had while David was gone did not do that, and I now have a lot of sedge growing in my yard that could have been stopped early on if the techs were looking for problems. I am so happy to have David back.

Did not think I needed this service but after the service my trees and bushes are thriving. Very impressed
I must wait until a few services to see if my weeds go away. I just started the only problem so far that I had today is I unlocked my side gate to give the technician access to my property. However, when the service was completed he did not lock secure my property the gate was left standing wide open anyone from the main entrance could have went into my yard without me knowing. To solve the problem either the service will only be done when I am home or the technician will make sure that my gate is closed the way it was when it was entered. I would really appreciate that common courtesy.

The service on 3/16/23 by Jonah Taylor was one of the best I've witnessed. He took his time. He sprayed thoroughly and slowly to carefully cover 100% of the lawn, as you should. Most times your specialists are in too much of a hurry and sporadically spray and do not cover all of the lawn. Jonah also, at my request, spot treated for the stubborn sedge weed that is prevalent throughout the entire lawn. If possible, I'd like to request him as my regular specialist. One of the biggest complaints I have with Chemlawn is that you keep sending different specialists, resulting in no continuity or history with the account. Your competition, I've noticed, don't do that. They send the same individual to my neighbors homes each visit. You should do the same.

I love that they will come out as we get our lawn in good condition. We bought the home and have gone to great lengths to get a beautiful yard. The previously owner never treated it, so now we are dealing with the infestations, and TG is willing to come out and retreat as we work toward the perfect lawn!
One thing I like about your service is that if there's an area where the product might not be working the customer lets you know and you come back and do a service treatment for free. That assures me I'm dealing with a company that is serious.
