I'm not giving tru green a 10 I'm giving the associate a 10. I would like him to keep treating my yard. ALFREDO SERRA. Seems very knowledgeable. I cant rate tru green untill a year from now when I see how the service has worked on my yard.

What do you like about our services?

I was able to speak to the technician who visited my home yesterday to perform the scheduled service. Alfredo, a friendly and knowledgeable Peruvian man, explained in detail the particular needs of my yard and the solutions he would implement to improve the health and appearance of my lawn. Alfredo's customer service attitude will definitely encourage me to recommend his services to my friends and neighbors.

What do you like about our services?

We are pleased with our service and our technician, however at the moment we have some areas that need attention.

1.Half of our front swale is brown and has died out completely
2.We have 2 problem spots in our back yard.

The rest of the yard looks great!

We would like some attention paid to these areas.
