I had significant problems with my lawn due to a Trugreen technician’s negligence. However, Melissa, my customer care coordinator, followed up with me in order to ensure that all my needs were addressed. She was both very professional and personable. This made a big difference in how I perceived the issue. My area technician manager, Arthur also was great and responsive to my concerns.

Great service however whatever was being spray probably contributed to my plants dying. Other then that great service.
