This is a 52 acre HOA and we have been using Tru-Green for lawn & tree/shrub services since 2005.
The staff is knowledgeable and educates us how to stay green & healthy. They advise us on proper watering during different seasonal needs. They are conscience of and follow the environmental restrictions which is important for our area.
The technicians proving the service are thorough and we continue to be happy with the services that they provide.

Having a problem with scheduling. I have no idea when they are coming, or what they are doing. And how much each service will cost. I have asked for a breakdown 2 times and have yet to receive it.
A call the morning of service ( at 6:00) AM is unacceptable
Let’s me know they are coming, when they arrive and a report at the end.

What I like is when they come to Service my Yard First thing the tec do is ask do I have any focerns or question before the spray and if I have any I will let the Tec know what I expect with the service.
