I like the fact that you will send out a technition when needed. The tech who came out for the regular time was one of the best we've ever had. He took the time to explain everything and why the grass was looking slightly brown and how often I should water, etc. I think his name was Fernando.

Fernando Bernales is very friendly and does a great job explaining the service and things we can do to make the lawn healthier.
