My grass is green, it's growing, and there are not many weeds at all. So I guess that's what good is supposed to look like. There is no one around to really compare to. So everything is good for now. However, these surveys really bug me are becoming a pain. I really don't think each individual customer should have to stroke a companies ego every time a transaction occurs. Obviously it's nice to hear when something goes well, but micromanaging customers satisfactions by making them have to login and fill out a survey every time is not going make your customer service better. It might balance out the reports of neg vs. pos. as most only call when there is a problem, but it won't make it better. Better products, better training, better equipment, better hiring standards, better budgeting, better spending practices, these will insure you won't need surveys. Other wise these surveys are to just monitor how things are going while companies take away and give less, while checking the waters to make sure the ship will still float. If you really want to make us happy, stop asking us if we're happy every time we interact, and start having some self confidence and self worth, it's not like your working from your basement at home.

My initial communication with the " Sales Dept " went smoothly and the gentleman did a good job of explaining your lawn service options. TJ arrived on schedule and did a high quality walk thru of my yard. TJ was a highly knowledgeable lawn professional who answered my questions and clearly explained what to expect as treatments progressed.

trugreen answers my concerns about my lawn. I am a little unpleased due to seeing chinch bugs and my grass is brown and it shouldn't be this color or look like this. I am the wife and seeing my grass turning it's not good. Maybe a little extra time in treating my lawn may make a difference.
