At arrival of yesterday TRU-GREEN service I asked Lawn Specialist Mr. Garnett why was so many dried up grass in some areas in the front and back versus improvement in other areas.
Mr. Garnett replied "THE GRASS IS EXPERIENCING DROUGHT STRESS AND WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN I NEED TO WATER A LITTLE MORE."
I was a able to see great difference in certain areas. the green color of the grass started to be more visible.
There were some areas in the front and back that scared me after two and a half weeks after being treated or serviced.

(work order # WOPhone number removed). Hunter consistently provides superior service, he is a true asset to your organization and I am fortunate to have him assigned to my service area. Hunter spends the time to talk to me about my lawns current state and details what the service call entails.
Of special note was Hunters lawn treatment and resolution of a major soil fungus problem I was experiencing this past fall/winter season in my back yard. This fungus issue required a couple of treatment recalls (no charge) which Hunter ensured were performed. I wish that all of your Specialists provided the level of service that Hunter routinely provides.
