I have been a client since November of 2022, and have had some issues with the service. My first service was with Garnett and it was great...he explains listens, and cares. After that I was getting different employees that really didn't care about the lawns . I am happy to say that when Garnett services my yard....it looks great, he asks what your concerns are and he actually likes his job...which is a BONUS in todays world. Garnett is the best. Please continue to send him to my house when I am up for service.
Your technician, Brian P. is Outstanding! Under extreme temperature and humid conditions, he took the time to thoroughly inspect, treat, and go over the results with me. His demeanor, professionalism and product/turf knowledge is exemplary!
My husband asked our service expert, Enrique Vazquez truck 112031, some questions regarding our St Augustine grass. There were 2 areas where we thought there was fungal growth in the lawn. Enrique said that one of the brown ares we were concerned about was actually Torpedo Grass which comes up this time of year in our area sometimes, but the other 2 ft x 1 ft area we were concerned about was indeed fungal. He showed him the difference and gave us advice on how to treat it.
We feel that Enrique was professional and knowledgeable about our lawn. We appreciate the fact he knocked on the door to see if we had any concerns or questions. Great job!

TJ called me today to provide a follow up on service questions I had from last week. He was knowledgeable and came across sincere in supporting my request, he followed up today providing me with rain collectors to help me estimate my watering needs.
I wish the other ~5 TruGreen reps I spoke with over the last week requesting follow up information put in as much effort and care as TJ demonstrated.
The techs at the Melbourne FL branch are always friendly thorough and efficient. Even dealing with the rain, heat and humidity, they do a great job and don't miss a beat. Thx!!
