I’m a fitness trainer myself. It’s good to go somewhere that I don’t have to worry about programming. I can just show up and the instructor puts me through a great workout.

I always feel motivated to do more and to try harder. I used to go to the gym everyday and I would get bored but boxing at title is always exciting and really does work out your entire body. Both private and group classes are always super engaging and will make you forget about the rest of the world. Best gym ever!

I can work at my own pace. The instructors are knowledgable and help with technique. They switch up the sessions so you get a slightly different workout on different days even though it is the same person teaching. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and well maintained.

I stopped lifting because I was getting bored of doing the same thing day after day, and I wanted to try something new. I had ZERO experience of boxing and now I absolutely love it! The trainers are all amazing and they make sure you are dripping sweat, and get all sore. This is by far the best and most exhausting workout form I know, and I plan on continue with Title until I get bored with it (which I believe is impossible). I believe I have gained more lean muscles since I started in October in comparison to the muscles gained from lifting. Love the place, the trainers, and the workout. Would recommend anyone to try it out!

It was very challenging and intense, but I loved the environment and the trainer was very attentive to each member despite the large number of participants. Also, I loved the music selection, really helped me power through each set!

It was an awesome full body workout. I was amazed at how hard I was able to push myself thanks to the instructor she was very motivating and showed me how to get the most out of every round. The staff is super friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in the door. The class fits every level. I will absolutely return.

Full body workout

I use boxing as a method for cross training for two different things: distance running and professional drumming. I've been a runner for close to a decade, and I often get bored with cross training. The interactive classes provide fun work outs that aren't just doing some guided course at the gym that I'll take twice and never return to. As for drumming, I've been a professional drummer for close to 15 years now, and been playing for just about 25. Boxing is massively beneficial for my speed and endurance, as well as keeping other muscle groups active that I would not otherwise engage.

The instructors are great. The routines change a little each time you go so it is never stale. The pace is fast and challenging but no one gives you any lip if you need to stop and take a breath. Essentially, you can follow along full steam or take it at your pace. Definitely recommend!

I love any workout that is both anaerobic and aerobic, I leave class dripping sweat and know that I gave 100% of my energy. The instructors motivate everyone to push themselves to the next level, even if it means calling you out in front of everyone :)

Very fun, different from going to a regular gym. I wanted to change my workout for a bit. I love the instructors, and I feel like I am improving every class. I see locations all over the country, which will help me spread the word!
