Trainers and members are very friendly and inviting. Weiss variety of age groups and skill levels. Trainers are pretty good about pointing out how to improve technique/ footwork.

I love how high energy the instructors are and how awesome the music is. I also love doing 15 mins of cardo before boxing and 15 mins of abs at the end...I find this combination very effective! I look forward to boxing unlike any other workout I've done.

Jenna is awesome. The lunch class has never been better. Even the much-dreaded pre-boxing cardio is structured in a way that makes it both challenging and engaging.

The challenge, I have being doing stuff I've never thought I was able to. The personalization of the trainers and the motivation, specially trainer Kristin. She is excellent. I'm always looking forward for her changeless.

I’ve been going to title for almost 2 years now and it is by far the best workout I’ve ever done. I got bored of going to gyms and can’t always get myself to work out at home but with Title, I know I’m going to get an awesome work and I actual have fun while I’m working out.

Going to Title, I not only get a workout but I’m learning a new sport, increasing my strength and endurance, and it’s great for self defense. Each workout is different every time as you have different trainers and different combos.

It’s very rare to love working out and I can honestly say I love to workout at Title.

Loved the variety of activity and of participants. I found the instructor to be motivating, patient and informative, as a first timer stepping out of my comfort zone.

I walked in knowing nothing except it was a free class to try it and after one workout felt empowered and wanting to build on that empowerment.
