Since I'm starting from ground zero, I like that I am able go as hard as I can but pace myself and modify when I need to. I also like hitting the heavy bag hard...great stress relief and sleeping much better at night.

Workouts are intense, but work every part of the body! They get you warmed up, and keep you moving. I do more in the 15-minute warmup than I used to do in a week! Love the boxing, and the core workout is a great way to finish up. Will definitely recommend!

The ability to modify the workout to make it fit your fitness goals. The trainers and the energy and encouragement they give throughout the workout. The structure of the class style never leaves you wandering the gym trying to decide what to do next and I need that push. The music and all the members make it a fun workout.

I love that the trainers are always so positive and push me to do better! I love having the tv with the time to help me push through the pain. The music is always upbeat and gets me pumped. I am extremely out of shape and overweight but I feel comfortable coming to workout!!

The boxing workout pushes me past my limit. It burns the most calories in one hour than any other workout I have ever tried. I am 55 years old. I have been a member for over 4 years. I weighed 201lbs when I joined Title Boxing. I lost 35 pounds in the first year and have kept it off. I also have so much less stress since joining Title Boxing.
There are so many benefits from a Boxing workout, I really don’t know what I would do if I was unable to go to Title Boxing Club.

I leave class and my knees have sweat marks. That’s how much of a full body workout I experience at Title. You have a community at Title, but also it’s just you and the bag.

I like the variety of trainers & how they each bring a different aspect of the workout to us.
I also like the definite times for warm up, boxing and core. Definitely a great workout!

Definitely a great workout but the best part is how welcoming and amazing the trainers are. Even if you're not in shape or knowledgeable on boxing they take the time to work with you and make you feel like part of the team. Will definitely come back and bring a friend!

I like the high energy and that this workout deviates from the normal cardio and weightlifting I usually do. It was tiring and I felt good after it. Will definitely be coming back.
