It’s ruthless yet oddly fun, I lift on a regular basis and can run 2 miles in less than 13 minutes... I still get winded in these classes. Like I said its all good fun though and no one judges, only encourages.

I love the fast pace and to get pushed. The instruction is great, helps me get better. A great addition to my weight training, love the cardio and core, just what I needed!

Boxing 60 is by far the most comprehensive workout I've ever done. I work muscles I didn't know I had. Whereas some workouts focus on specific areas, boxing is a balanced, head-to-toe, exercise. Your trainers are skilled at pushing me forward, without insult or embarrassment. They are knowledgable and encouraging, making the experience fun regardless of a person's condition level.

What’s not to love? First, the people, it’s like a family or close friends. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. The Staff, they are knowledgeable, supportive, fun and take the time to teach you. The calories burned, can you burn this many calories doing anything else that is this much fun? The entire experience is addicting!

The trainer was very high energy and supportive! Loved her positive attitude. Club was extremely clean and well organized. It was a little bit hot compared to other clubs, but other than that I was happy!

It’s full body you go at your own pace and the instructors work with you and don’t call you out if your not up to it physically yet.

It really works you out and that’s what I like about it. Out of my experiences at a gym this one really take the top. I didn’t think I’d keep up with it but the energy and the vibes are motivating. All the work out routine really work my body and that’s what I need.

I like the group atmosphere. The high intensity. I like how the coaches care about teaching as well as coaching you to progress.

You are not shamed for going at your own pace, even if it means you need to take a break. They are encouraging, pushing you further in your effort. The coaches and everyone are friendly, and it doesn't stop after you are a member. They are not just selling you something, they really do care and want to help you succeed.

Intense, motivating, and inspiring!! Keeps me accountable for how I want my health to be. The trainers are encouraging and really help you understand the fundamentals of boxing, they show you the basics and never make you feel foolish for doing something wrong 100 times, they just try and help you fix and stay with it to work your very best. The atmosphere of the whole club is so warm and welcoming, it’s like a family!!

Intensity for every fitness level--always oppurtunities to do more when the coach lays out what exercise is gonna be done! Beginners can dive right in, and vets are always pushing their limits

Title boxing is a great workout and stress reliever. The trainers are awesome and will give you the best work out out there. The owners of the club are exceptional . It's like a whole new family. Live it!
