TITLE Boxing has completely changed my relationship with cardio. The workout is so much fun. It makes the time fly by. The trainers are wonderful in the group setting. They know how to give you that one-on-one that you need when they see you struggling while maintaining the class for the rest of the group. There is nothing but positive energy and encouragement in this gym. When I arrive at TITLE, I know I will be greeted with a smile and genuine interest in my progress. What a wonderful discovery I have made! I would recommend this workout to literally anyone. You don't have to be "athletic" or "in shape" to reap the benefits of TITLE. Thanks for making my fitness journey that much more fun!

The intensity throughout the workout and the one on one mitt work during the workout. The trainers always find a way to push you a little further. Trainers are encouraging. This is the club to be at!

I love the instructors, especially with the attention to personal motivation and instruction on form. I always get a well rounded and intense workout. My only criticism would be that it's sometimes it's difficult for me to hear the boxing sequence instruction over the music.

Friendly, clean atmosphere with really good trainers. Great core work which I never do on my own at the gym. Nice to workout with others doing the same exercise. Partner workouts on the bag help push you a little harder as does a quick session with the focus mits.

It’s intense, there’s a huge calorie burn in one hour, and it’s a full body workout. I’ve noticed changes in the entire body as well as increased strength and stamina. Each trainer’s unique style works out the body in a different way, so all the muscles are being used instead of the same ones being overused. The workout is never boring or monotonous because it’s varied in each class. Great boost to physical AND mental health!
