Totally different from my normal gym workouts . Feel stronger and energy is great . Sandy and Tyler where great to me the moment I walked in the door. I wish I could remember all the names of the trainers. 5:15 class and full energy that early in the morning. Love it and I’m HOOKED

warm up was intense, the 8 rounds are the most consistent of the workouts at all your locations, last 15 Core was very intense. highly recommend this location over others.

Workout is tough to. But not so hard that you can't finish. Plus trainers are moving around the class helping you do the workout correctly as you go..

Every class is hard. I have been coming for over three years and the workout never gets easy. The results are the same, I have been able to keep all the weight off and look and feel great. Not to mention the fun athmosphere that Shelly, Emily and all the trainers create there. Everyone who works there has a great attitude.

The instructors! Whether you come in as a beginner or seasoned boxer, they teach a great class to all levels and make the beginners feel comfortable and challenge everyone! Their motivation is off the charts too!

I always feel motivated to do more and to try harder. I used to go to the gym everyday and I would get bored but boxing at title is always exciting and really does work out your entire body. Both private and group classes are always super engaging and will make you forget about the rest of the world. Best gym ever!

I like that it's geared toward all levels of fitness, whether you're just starting or you're in great shape. Everyone gets a great workout, and the instructors are very motivating and helpful.

It’s intense, the trainer gives personal attention and motivates all participants in the class. As a new comer, the trainer gave an orientation before class which helps and the people so far have been very nice and helpful.

I can work at my own pace. The instructors are knowledgable and help with technique. They switch up the sessions so you get a slightly different workout on different days even though it is the same person teaching. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and well maintained.

I stopped lifting because I was getting bored of doing the same thing day after day, and I wanted to try something new. I had ZERO experience of boxing and now I absolutely love it! The trainers are all amazing and they make sure you are dripping sweat, and get all sore. This is by far the best and most exhausting workout form I know, and I plan on continue with Title until I get bored with it (which I believe is impossible). I believe I have gained more lean muscles since I started in October in comparison to the muscles gained from lifting. Love the place, the trainers, and the workout. Would recommend anyone to try it out!
