The Title Boxing Club workout perfectly fits every skill level and fitness level. If you are a beginner, you can go at your own pace and can enjoy the workout without fear of it being too tough or overwhelming. If you are a fitness pro, the trainer will certainly push you to the best workout possible. And hitting the heavy bag is so much fun and great stress relief. Every single Title workout is the best decision if your day!

Great Coaches that really enjoy teaching the classes. People of all skill levels can push themselves without worrying about being pressured/slowed down by anyone. Plenty of space with decent class sizes
