It was fun and energetic. The music was good. The instructor helped me understand what we were doing (I am a lefty so, sometimes watching is hard to translate to opposite. This was the first time I have ever boxed).

It is different than the other types of workouts I do: indoor/outdoor cycling, running, weightlifting, etc.

The class was a fun way for me to get my heart rate up and get moving. I liked that there were a variety of skill levels present. This was my first class but I was not embarrassed to participate at all.

The energy, the workout sequence, the suggested worked time.

Not a big fan of kick-boxing, you should drop it.

The bags are not clean, you should find a better way.

It varies from trainer to trainer. Gives me a variety of exercises and stuff to keep me engaged. Very outgoing coaches and great staff!

Instructors/trainers are very helpful to new customers who are trying it out for the first time. They introduce you to each move. Loved the workout and definitely will be coming back!

Gets me moving, stretching and sweating. But I don’t feel like a dork, like I did when I tried aerobics class and don’t feel like a failure or like everyone is looking at me if I need to modified an exercise or take a breather. Great workout!! Truly recommend Title Boxing to anyone wanting to get into better shape. If this 48 year old with bad knees and hips can do it so can you! 😃🥊

Each of the 8 rounds are different routines making the session seem shorter than than it actually is. I've never boxed before, but Alex was great on coaching me up on form and technique. It was an a great full body workout. Jesse was very helpful in explaining how the sessions work, he also setup my first class, showed me how to wrap my hands and fitted me for gloves. Thanks Jesse and Alex I look forward to seeing you more in 2018.

So much support they wrapped my hands and said come on in. Gave me a quick lesson on technique and bam I jumped in. What a work out! I’m still sore and love it. The instructor doesn’t hesitate to come over and make sure you’re okay and help with technique so you get the most out of your class. They want you to have the best journey into getting fit as possible. Wonderful experience! Can’t wait for more!

The instructors make the workout challenging but I also feel free to modify anytime I need to. Feel encouraged every class. Instructors are friendly, available for questions and to help learn. I always feel good when I leave!

All aspects. The instructors are always coming up with new routines which makes each class unique! Like the fact that there is core and cardio as well.

Fun, upbeat and challenging all at once! I made some friends throughout the workout as we all motivated each other to get through the workout! Definitely recommend trying a class!

Title Boxing Rock Hill has engaging, motivating and knowledgeable coaches! Each class is different, which helps keeps things exciting and fresh. This style workout improves mobility, strength and coordination. The pace and duration greatly improves cardio. You get it all with Title Boxing, and you can’t beat Heath Norton’s team at Title Boxing Rock Hill!
