I’ve worked out for many years in crowded gyms and just got bored having to wait and doing various versions of the same routine and needed a change. My wife initially suggested we try boxing and I was a little hesitant at first but that quickly changed. All of the staff and trainers are always friendly and very passionate about the sport and go out of their way to ensure you understand everything and use the correct technique and form. A year and a half later and I’m still going strong!

Above all for me, It’s a FUN and INTENSE workout. I started with the 30 minute classes when I joined about a year ago. As I got in better condition I moved to the 60 minute classes and eventually I was able to take the 75 minute class. Two months ago I started personal one-on-one training to improve my boxing skills. I’ve lost weight, got better muscle tone and most importantly to me have much more energy. It’s also help motivate me to eat better and workout with some free weights and run. As we get older (I’m 57) getting good exercise is vital for good health and if it’s not enjoyable it won’t last long. I love Title Boxing!

These workouts are high energy and intensity, and many times the workout techniques are useful combinations which build on each other and flow together nicely. The trainers want to make sure you are executing the techniques as best you can and not just flailing about on the bag. Ultimately, the combination of these things results in an excellent challenge for the body and the mind.
