The workouts are different every time, and they are always intense. It is a combination of strength and cardio, and burns a lot of calories in just an hour. Works a lot of muscle groups at once. Natural and healthy stress reliever.

I don't have a lot of time to spend in a gym doing both cardio and strength training. I can get an excellent full body workout in 60 minutes. Also, I have an injured knee and I love that I can still get a complete workout by making a few adaptations!

You will get an all over body workout, strengthening and aerobic. Easy to modify as well if you have an injury. The bell rings and it's over before you know it because it is fun!

It is very difficult for me to get motivated when i workout by myself. The one thing i love most about Title is the enthusiasm and motivation that the trainers have to offer. I seldom have a bad workout and always recommend it to my friends and family.

You feel like you accomplished something in an hour. It is a great stress reliever. The coaches are great at keeping you motivated. Just like the whole atmosphere.

I have been a member for overr 3 years, and I love it. I wish there was a 7:00 am class or more noon classes that are not kickboxing.

It was my first time. All staff and instructor were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and not awkward for not knowing anything.
The workout was great. Instructor Kristen was very patient and most encouraging.
Can't wait for lesson 2.

The trainers really lead you through every step of the work out and really help motivate you through it. I don't like how scattered the 6 AM workouts are. They used to be offered M-F and now it's only 2 times a week max so now you are forced to go to a later class. With a busy schedule it's and the less flexible class times, some days it is difficult to get in a workout.

I can’t say enough great things about Title Boxing- the staff is professional, encouraging and well qualified. The atmosphere is inclusive, and they are so encouraging!
More importantly, you will be amazed by the results! Hard work for sure! But so much fun!!!
