The staff is very educated on how to help each child learn at there own pace. My daughter loves to go to her classes each week at Sylvan because the she learned something she can use at school every week. I can not believe the improvement in her self esteem.

Keri is a very helpful director, and my daughter likes the way her instructor teaches.
It is custom made to what my child needed. She needed to take better notes and dig deeper in her writing for history and Erika took the time to listen to what we needed (even talking with the teacher) and came up with a game plan on how to help my daughter get to the next level.
The program addresses any weakness the child may have on a subject. The tutor provides feedback to the parents. It's encourages and brings out the best a child can provide academically. It gives a child a lot if confidence with school work.

convenience and accommodations. materials are useful. 1 thing that would be useful is to be informed of progression of SAT pre-test scores. this way parents can monitor their child better and be aware of areas of concern.
My son has improved in math at a steady pace, the teachers are great and the staff keeps the parents and his school teachers in the "loop".
The tutors and administrators are kind and easy to speak too about any situation. The SAT class is a fun and engaging way to make new friends while learning tips and ways to improve your scores on the test.
