Your service tech was excellent. He identified the problem and repaired my water softener in a timely manner. He communicated well and made me feel confident that he was going to take care of my issue.

Automatic renewal and monthly protocol. I do not appreciate being charged extra because I get a paper invoice. You are getting money for your service why should I be penalized for paying your invoice! I have been a customer since 1974 before you took over. Where are some loyalty benefits for a customer of over 50 years???
