I'VE SEEN A TREMENDOUS IMPROVEMENT IN MY SON'S EDUCATION, AND SELF CONFIDENCE SINCE HE HAS BEEN RECEIVING HELP FROM SYLVANS. AS A MATTER OF FACT HE STARTED SHOWING AN INCREASE IN LEARNING SKILLS SHORTLY AFTER HIS ENROLMENT WITH THE LEARNING CENTER. HIS READING COMPREHENSION HAD JUMPED SEVERAL GRADES BY THE FIRST REVIEW. Sylvan's services are outstanding !! They met every student and parents dream to enable a individual to learn, grow their self-esteem and above all establish the foundation they need to grow in the work-force. The Langhorne facility literally wrapped themselves around my child and built her into a young lady with the necessary tools of knowledge, the excitement to continue to grow and the ability to know she can accomplish anything she puts her mind too. I can not thank them enough. My daughter is now doing cyber school and with Sylvan's help and her hard work she raised her grades at Pennsbury which were at an "F" to a 3.8 GPA the first marking period and will be holding a 4.0 GPA the second marking period. My daughter is happy knowing that she is smart and not the so called "failure" Pennsbury thought they were growing - or - should I say giving up on because she wasn't worth their time.

The student/teacher connection. When a student respects a teacher and feels that the respect is mutual, the lines of communication and learning are open.

I really have nothing to go by yet as Jared has not taken SAT exam, However Jared seems to be happy with the instructor and the classes.
I like the individualized instruction, the encouragement of the teaching staff, and the positive outlook my son now has about school - his frustration has drastically diminished. They take the time and care to teach my son so that he is successful in his learning.
