Lessons that are focused on my child's individual needs.
I had a death and couldn't reach a concelor to tell only got a voice machine and then when we had fall break wasn't sure if the count that time as their open even thought the school is close told my child to inform then just in case they we to be open got no answer then when we did show their wasn't a evil about the miss class to info me that the charge just case their was ai miss stake or if their other time that was possible going to be missed so I'm paying for two seissoon that could have be cancel if their wasn't miss coumication
If you want your child at the top of the class and to have a very high academic confidence, then enroll him/her in Sylvan. It's as simple as that..

Experienced teachers and flexible schedules.
We are very pleased with Andrea and the level of tutoring our son is reviving. However, Sylvan would be more appealing to the masses by offering a month-to-month prepayment plan. We are not accustomed to creating debt, and having to get financing to pay for Sylvan was almost a deal breaker.
That staff is concern and my daughter enjoy attending.
Today me and my son got there 15 minutes late. it was too young lady sitting at the table with him. I think one was the teacher in the other room was a student teacher and the other was stupid they was having conversations about some lessons and my son was sitting at the Table with and I think that they was distracting him breaking his concentration wow he was trying to focus and do his work.
And yes they was talking a good 20 to 25 minutes tops. Nope I was not content with it.

One on one
It is a very hands on approach which get the kids more involvd in learning.
Since we started you have been very easy to communicate with, in fact much better than WE are--it was our fault that Mike did not show that day during Spring break week--yet you were so kind to let that one pass without a problem :-) We'll do better next time! I love the incentives that Sylvan offer the kids. As a teacher incentives are great motivation to kids in learning.

Sylvan's instructors communicate well and are willing to assist in most matters that help the child improve in their academic studies. A Sylvan instructor even attended a meeting with me that was scheduled with a teacher with less than 24 hours notice. I truly appreciate the service and prompt feedback we have received. We started Sylvan in February 2014, and the only regret I have is I wished we started sooner. My child will be with Sylvan until she graduates from high school.
Thought they were very direct and focused immediately on the problems.
Sylvan has helped my daughter develop crucial reading skills and has boosted her confidence level!

I absolutly love the way the program is set up. I have seen a tremndous change in my son. His confidence level has sky rocketed and he is always excited to attend his tutoring sessions to learn more and eager to apply what he has learned at school.
Friendliness and professionalism of staff. The environment is inviting and it give kids expectation of having fun learning.
The hands-on teaching, as well as, the qualified staff. My granddaughter,s progress and self-esteem has soared.

I am still trying to find out how Lauren is improving in school since she started Sylvan. Therefore, I don't have a clear answer presently of her improvement.
