It is very clean, fresh, and inviting. Their equipment was new and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I loved the friendly staff in Roswell, GA. I had to cease my membership because of my new job and my husband joined a comprehensive golf club.

The atmosphere is inviting and nonjudgmental. Dawn, my coach, is excellent! She is encouraging, upbeat and works with you on an individual basis. I love that the workout is only 20 minutes. I've already seen a difference with my body shape and the development of muscles where I forgot I had them.
The Exercise Coach program is so doable. Two times a week for 20 minutes-anyone can stay accountable to that-even me!

I like the concept. I have not started a program as of yet so I don't know how the results will be. At the end of the day, it's all about the results. The studio is very clean and organized. Amanda was a sweet and caring coach.

Very clean and friendly.Great trainers advanced equipment and good results!
It is never boring as we now have "group classes"which are very challenging! Also have healthy dietary optionals called Metaboliccomeback classes.

So much to like:
1-The equipment: great hardware that is software driven; excellent visual feedback as you exercise; ability to change the routine for individuals; amazing comparisons of the current performance to past performances; very clean;
2-The concept - the routine: in and out quickly; demanding in a very good sense; great measurements of performace;
3-The staff: happy; professional; knowledgeable; fun;
4-General: less than one minute between your vehicle and parking; ability to wear street clothes to exercise; other members very friendly;
