If you are looking for an exercise location where the staff truly cares about your improvement, this is the place for you. At age 71, I've felt as strong as I was in my 40's. Every week, I strive to improve my scores with the encouragement of the staff. You are not just another number which can often be the case at other facilities. Whatever your physical condition, this location is a great place to get stronger and discovering healthy benefits and behaviors. After all, isn't that what everyone wants? Highly recommend!

The benefits of the 20 minute workout twice a week have been life-changing for me. I’ve been a grateful member since February 2019 and my strength and health gains over that time are immeasurable…oh wait, they are measurable thanks to The Exercise Coach’s assessment system. The coaches are fantastic - they’re personable, attentive and responsive. The flex program is just that … so flexible and they have always accommodated my schedule. I would give this program a 20 if I could!

I’ve gone to gym for year, but I think it is very important to have a coach, even though it might be in a small group sometimes , it is still helpful and I really am getting stronger. And I guess that’s the whole point to push yourself just a little bit harder to get to where you want to be, and Exercise Coach helps you to do that😊
