I love the innovative workout, I’m consistently amazed how much I work my muscles in a mere 20 min. As a working mom and wife this program has been the only exercise routine I’ve been able to routinely stick with. Also the trainers are great people and listen to my health concerns and questions.

This efficient strength training is the perfect answer to regain strength for everyday activities and to increase bone density. The exercises are done with a personal trainer which helps to encourage goals, but in a very safe manner. The efficiency of the workout is what drives me to continue, along with the results of feeling stronger and more energized.
