The graphic record and ability to monitor the progress (or lack of it) on each machine is very helpful and encouraging. The individual coaching by the staff is also very helpful.
The coaches are very good at their job. They are easy to work with and will adjust exercises to fit your personal needs.
The equipment is modern and up to date. The session is only about 20 minutes so it is easy to work into your schedule. They recommend two sessions a week to get the most out of your workout.

Everyone is friendly, and extra attentive to my needs... Definitely designed for my individual goals and even while rehabbing a torn meniscus was able to continue to work out. The coaches are so knowledgeable and passionate about their program it truly is personal training. I love the results for 20min twice a week!!!

The workouts are tailored to how I feel that day. The team always ask if there is any soreness before I start the workout. They mix up the workouts so they are not repetitive as I go twice a week.
