Proximity to my house
I’ve been working with the great trainers at The Exercise Coach now for several years. There’s no doubt in my mind that the strength I’ve gained through the firm yet supportive guidance of the trainers makes me a more active grandfather. The time commitment is nominal: two 20 minute sessions each week. You always have someone’s attention. Good people.

You should have a proper incentive for referrals and follow through when a member adds a new member.
What I like about the studio is the quick in & out of exercising and knowing I have taxed my body and muscle groups. The staff are super, helpful and encouraging.
Small group setting creates comfortable environment to push yourself without the intimidation of a typical gym atmosphere. Trainers and hands-on, enthusiastic and supportive which really drives you to be your best!
The program is only 20 minutes long 2 times each week. That’s a lot easier to work into my schedule then every day or an hour or whatever.

A lot
I am able to focus my strength work out on all muscles in a short time. The coaches are ensuring I do each of the exercises correctly to get the maximum benefit and no injury. I appreciate the coaches adapting the exercises for my particular needs and injuries. I also like the fact they add additional exercises on the floor to increase fitness and strength.
