The Lincoln Park Exercise Coach is awesome! I tried it out with their 2 free passes and became hooked. It's remarkable how much you can accomplish in 20 minutes - and feel like you have had an hour long work out! They offer individual coaching and group coaching. While it may not be as cheap as some other gyms, the benefits are worth every penny. I am in my 50's and wanted to work on my strength and endurance and no doubt this has helped. The coaches: Jenna, Moriah, Alex and Abby are all wonderful to work with and genuinely care about your well being. They push you, want you to succeed and listen to your concerns. I was sold on the 20 minutes -twice a week plan and so far so good - I have been going for 3 months and feel better for it. I highly recommend giving it a try.

The trainers are great. I'm not seeing much weight loss , but I feel like I'm getting a bit stronger. As I age, having more strength is important to me. I would like to shed these extra pounds, so I'm not giving up yet!

Staff, location and results
The staff is great! They are very motivating and are able to push you further than you think you are capable. Abby has been training me for 5 months now, and I am stronger than I have been in years. She is able to tailor my workout program to accommodate my age & injuries! It's only a 20 minute workout, so it's easy to make time.
I love the studio! Everyone is so nice and easy to work with. 20 minutes is such a great way to get back into working out-- no excuses!
The staff makes all the difference to me. If your staff was not awesome I don't know if I would be as motivated to go. Also, good music makes a difference!
I like the personal attention focused on my abilities and my goals, and the designing of a plan to help me achieve them. I also appreciate that there is not a ‘social gym’ atmosphere. The convenience of scheduling options is also a plus.
The staff are very engaged and committed to the clients. They keep encouraging to stay on track and will push us (in a good way) in order to meet our goals. I especially like that they help me keep the proper form to avoid injury and to target the right muscle group.
