Heat and cleanliness
Hot yoga is fun I had a great experience the first time but the second time was a different energy, not bad just different. The instruction not bad at all. I believe in consistency of ambiance and vibe which essential to focus and concentration but fighting to find a centralized balance is the core reason of this seeming distraction especially if it’s apart of the custom company practice based on environment @akimshorter_tbcmedia
I love the classes! I really feel like I'm exercising and strengthening my muscles while I work out at a place full of good vibes and nice people :)
