I Love going to the Exercise Coach! It is a great 20 minute workout that helps me stay strong. Each of the employees stays with me during the exercise time to give me pointers that really help. There are many things I love about The Exercise Coach studio. I appreciate the Coaches who make sure I am safe during the session. The sessions are 20 minutes long twice a week. I appreciate that the studio is clean, private and the machines are disinfected after each use. I feel so much better after each session which is why I have been going there for more than 3 years!
