The coaches are friendly and fun to work with. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The coaches also don't make you feel bad when you had a bad day - they totally understand that some days are going to be Personal Bests and some not so good.

You have a coach taking you to through whole process encouraging, explaining technique of exercises and the all body workout is definitely helping me strengthen and tone.
Everything! The machines and exercises challenge you...not competing against anyone other than yourself. The time it takes is minimal and quick. You do not have to wait around to use any of the machines, as the trainers keep it organized so the flow is fast. I have gained so much more balance and core strength that it is impressive the things I am able to do now...The machines and equipment are easy on your joints and muscles. Yes, I do get sore but I am not hurt. This is not a sprint, it is a marathon. MOST importantly is the Super Staff. They are professional and encourage you all the way through your session. They care about their clients and want you to only do your best, not pushing you so hard that you get hurt or frustrated. I LOVE THE EXERCISE COACH!!
