I really like the small size, less people setup. I also like the result I noticed after only two month of excersize. Last, but not least I love the staff. Roxanne and Angel are great fun to have as a coach.
There has been variability in the quality of the staff with some clearly having more training than others. Currently, two of the three staff I currently engage demonstrate a lot of knowledge and an ability to "go beyond" expectations while the third is very helpful and interested, doing a good job.
