The staff are great. They push you to do better, increase exercise workload as performance peaks, and take a personal interest in your life, goals, and limitations. The coaches who work with me have created a program that is focused on my exercise needs and has good variety, stretches my strength, works on my balance and core strength with a consistent focus and assurance that my back isn’t impacted.

I enjoy being able to see the progress I am making from week to week, and I appreciate that the coaches check in to see how I am doing. If I don’t think I’m making progress, they will review my progress with me and help make adjustments as needed, as well as encouragement to keep going! I also like that it takes me only about 20 minutes to get in my workout!

I like being able to work out EARLY in the morning, be done in 20-30 minutes, and be motivated by my trainer. Even when I don’t perform at my best, she is still very encouraging. I am secure in knowing that she watches my form to ensure that I get the most out of the exercises and I don’t get injured.

It's in my neighborhood, thus easy to get to. The studio is clean, neat, and well set up. I have only been going 2x weekly since September but have already noticed a marked increase in strength. Last, and most important, the coaches are very helpful and encouraging and knowing that someone is waiting for me at the studio is what gets me out the door for my appointment.

The Exercise Coach at Rancho Bernardo is a great place to work out, to gain strength and to improve your overall health. The staff are always ready to help you and willing to listen to your needs and accommodate any special request that you may have. The 20 minute session is a great efficient way to improve your fitness.
