The personal trainers are without exception kind, patient, attentive, and personable, consistently encouraging best effort, very organized in knowing each session my progress patterns for each exercise, medical limitations, and key muscle groups needing to be targeted for my daily living needs, and they are very knowledgeable about the science behind the training and about the various muscle groups worked by different exercises and about correct posture and body movement to work each exercise. The continuous visual performance feedback while doing each exercise is invaluable in regulating effort and in pushing for better results. At a time in life when by virtue of age alone I would normally be seeing steady decreases in muscle mass and strength, I have in just 1/2 year seen meaningful increases in strength across muscle groups just doing just one 20-minute session per week!

I love everything about The Exercise Coach! The 20 minute workout has worked beautifully for me. My trainer customizes the workouts to my needs and my strength and cardiovascular endurance have improved markedly over the past year. This is a program I can stick with!
Pearland Exercise Coach has changed my life. Turning 60 is no small feat, but being healthy and not getting hurt is money in the bank. Everyone in this studio is respectful, caring and helpful. They all make sure all my exercises benefit me and help me meet my goals. This studio is small and convenient. Simply the best! Make time for your wellness or you will make time for your sickness and it will be more expensive!

The coaches are knowledgeable and welcoming, the equipment is state-of-the-art and ensures I get an incredible workout with no worry of injury, the facility is immaculate, and the hours are very convenient. I love the efficiency of going for 20 minutes twice a week. My strength and overall fitness have improved so much over the past 6 months.

The one on one coaching is fantastic and motivating.
The entire concept of the 20 minute exercise is transformative for me. The studio and the team (coaches and ownership) supporting the clients are all very encouraging, friendly and accommodating to each individual. I not only enjoy the bi-weekly experience, i look forward to each session with a determination to equal or better my metrics. Just a great environment to build strength and confidence, and the results are noticeable. Stronger and healthier. Highly recommended for those of us in the later years of our life and who want to continue to function and enjoy life.
I do not feel self conscious when I go. Everyone is very welcoming and non judgmental. The trainers are all very encouraging and patient with me. You can see your progress on a day to day basis right on the screen in front of you.
I love my coach Antonio!!! He challenges me on the machines, tries new exercises for different areas of the body, and cares about my well being. I look forward to going to the gym, even though it is really hard.
