The small size (not some big anonymous gym) and that the trainers know me and I know them. I also like that I don’t have to work out for 2 hours 4x a week to get fit. The other members are nice as well.

I love the layout. Spacious and clean. Excellent equipment. Calm atmosphere. Best of all are the staff. They are always cheerful, focused, and make sure my form is correct. I always get a great workout.
I ilke the fact that it is small. Those big gyms that are so large are impersonal and cold. At Exercise Coach the staff is friendly and helpful. They call you by name. They challenge you but never make you feel like you are a failure.
I like the fact that in 20 minutes I can get a good workout. When I leave I feel like I have had a good workout. Since I have been coming to Exercise Coach I feel stronger.

They treat every person as an individual. They take into consideration the medical and age of the person taking the exercise.
Personalized attention, sessions being tailored to go easy on recovering injuries, friendly and competent staff.
I would highly recommend the Exercise Coach as long as they keep the same consistent coaches. I do not like it when you have a new coach on a regular basis. The coaches get to know the clients and the relationship between the coach and the client is very important. As long as I continue to have consistent coaches and new ones are not added regularly I would highly recommend the Exercise Coach. If coaches begin to move around and the consistency doesn't remain then I will not recommend friends to the studio.

Everything! I love the workout itself, and love that there's often only one or two other people in the studio while I'm there, which is great. The trainers are all terrific - supportive, knowledgeable, and fun. Highly recommend.

The staff is extremely accommodating and knowledgeable especially Emil in the Coral Springs location. The program works and has given me a new lease on life.
Casual, friendly, efficient
I like that it is small, I receive individual attention and that my trainer (s) know me and listen to me. No pushing of product or weight loss schemes. I can get in workout to be strong and get on my way.
