I like that the workouts are challenging but only last for 20 minutes. The instructors are very nice and encouraging and stay with you the entire time. I've been going there for eight or nine months and I feel better and I'm stronger than I was before. Altogether a pleasant experience.

I like the fact that it isn’t crowded. I never thought I’d be comfortable with a coach but I felt she was honestly my cheerleader. She always answered all my questions, I never felt like I was asking a dumb question. I’ve already strongly recommended to both my sons to try it.
