I have been a member for almost two years. The entire staff, at any time of the day, is consistent with helping everyone reach their goals. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The Owner is also always available to speak with you. It's just an all-around great place!

I've experienced at least 3-4 of the trainers, and of course, some are better than others. Chyle has been outstanding! He routinely assists me throughout the specific exercise and corrects my bad habits, when necessary. He's also very upbeat and motivating.

The studio is clean. The coaches are friendly and understand what they are helping me with. For a great work out that is increasing my strength it only takes 20 minutes. A great bang for the time.

3. Bruno runs a high-quality facility and business - a long-term team tells you all you need to know.
4. After 18 months, I still go 2-3 times a week and love it with tremendous results.
Heather is the best Coach. She always changes things up and is very aware of our issues. She is very knowledgeable and nice and keeps us motivated.

Your staff are friendly, helpful and keep pushing me to improve. I am in and out in 20 minutes but have had a good workout.

Each coach at this studio makes me feel special. My hard work & progress is acknowlegded and each coach cheers me on during every exercise. A regular gymn membership won't provide the guidance I need to improve my muscle tone. I'm a person that needs to have an appt so that I can't talk myself out of every reason why I have "other priorities".
My progress is tracked electronically from "where I started" to where I am now with every visit. Believe me, it's incredibly satisfying to view my progresss. Achieving a new "best" is a satisfying boost that this program works for me.
The studio equipment is extremely clean, the routines vary & the coaches readily accomodate the equipment for any issues I need to address (ie. wrist plate, knee issue, back, etc). I'm 63 and this is workout plan has helped me achieve a new level of fitness that has improved both my physical & meantal health. I feel better about my muscle tone & although the bike ride is my nemisis, I put up in the 90 seconds to finish a full on workout in <30 minutes. Highly recommend this studio for their staff.
