Robert listened to me describe the issue I was experiencing, provided not only an exceptional massage, but also some suggestions on exercises to help strengthen muscles, stretches to maintain the work he started, and the anatomy of what was causing my issue. Prior to coming to Elements, I had been to several doctors, chiropractors, acupuncture, and another massage therapist, without any relief. Although not 100%, I am significantly improved and am grateful I found Robert and this Elements location.

Jackie was amazing. I’ve gotten many massages in my life but this was the best! It was effective but still relaxing. I originally asked for very firm pressure, which she did an amazing job at, but she could tell it was a little too much for me. She asked me how I was liking the pressure and adjusted it perfectly to the best level for me. I will definitely be coming back. Elements was great!
