I appreciated how honest and patient they were. When my husband did not communicate the correct area to repair they came back that night and finished the job. They also found scratches on my table that I probably would not have noticed. They did a great job and both my husband and I appreciated it.
Quality of work and turnaround time.
The turn around time and results were excellent. We had a water stain on a table and it is now gone. Great job.
Our antique table has been restored to absoutely perfect condition! In fact, whatever technique the Perrets used actually brought out the most beautiful grain in the wood that did not show before. We are thrilled and very greatful. Thank you so much!
We had three different things we needed repair, with different types of damage.
Betsy explained very well what she would need to do to fix them. The cost estimate was well within our range so we told her to go ahead with the repairs. One of the pieces was a piano bench with a deep water stain, when Besty returned it to us it looked like a brand new bench. We are very happy with the results and would definetly use Furniture Medic again.
The turn around time was fast with an awesome end result. It looks like I have brand new furniture.
fred and betsy were very professional. the extensive damage that my log cabin sustained from a carpet installation company was not even noticeable by the time they were done. my house looks great and they fit me into there schedule very quickly.thank you both for everything .

We owned a treasured piece of furniture which had been passed on to us by my husband's grandparents. A few years ago I had placed something on the surface which damaged it. Furniture Medic reversed the damage completely.The experience could not have been better. They came right to the house to view the item and determine if it could possibly be repaired.. The repair was done within just a week or so and it was delivered right back to the spot it was taken from...and it looked like a new piece. Thank you Furniture Medic for great service.
Everything! The convenience of having someone come into your home, pick up and deliver, the quality of the workmanship was wonderful, the turn around time, and the Perrets were delightful to work with. Would highly recommend!
I loved the fact that you came right to my home to give me an estimate, and were very up front about what the repair entailed, how long it would take, what you would actually do to make the repair, and whether it was worth having the piece fixed. Plus, the turn-around on the repair that you did was great! Thanks for helping to keep a family heirloom in the family!!
