Someone actually answered the phone, didn’t have to talk to a machine.
Propane was delivered in a timely matter and at a good price!!!!!

Prompt friendly service, explained everything very clearly, and really seemed to enjoy his job!

The Amerigas representative, Katrina Fishel, at the local Amerigas office is great to work with regarding deliveries and customer service. The delivery truck driver, Doug, is very good and does a great job with customer service upon delivery.

We appreciate their services.

As a long time customer we do not understand the extra charge for "Will Call" at $6.99. It seems unfair to a customer who has been loyal to Amerigas and who is trying to be energy conscious and conservation plus financially living within our means. We always watch our meter and call in well in advance to order a delivery. We are also saving Amerigas fuel and labor expenses by your company not having to check our tank when in the route area and the tank does not need filled or topped off. We don't get why a will call is not a viable customer option without being financially charged/penalized for saving both the customer and Amerigas expense.

I have no complaints about AmeriGas service other than the delivery date was five days past
the scheduled date at the time the order was made, but, due to the extreme cold wave at the
time I could understand the delay and I still had enough gas to hold me over until delivery was
made.

What impressed me most was the quick response...the propane was delivered two days after I called and made the request. Great service! Thank you.

Called to be sure I was scheduled for a delivery since I was at 20%. I was assured I was on the schedule the following day. Delivery came in the morning.

When calling to order they ask where your level is at and they fit you in as needed which is great. Very friendly.
