Ability of tank installer and delivery man to work through challenges and get the job done, e.g., resolving minor leak issues found during startup process, and setting up an easier and faster way to get the supply line up the grade from the road for future deliveries.

The driver/delivery guy was very polite and made sure everything was done properly. He lit our furnace for us and was very personable!

Luis in the front office, was/is a new employee and was efficient, kind and personable. As was another gentleman named Luis, who came out to do the site visit.

Your technician, Ben, was calm, friendly, and capable. He listened to what I had to say, and he offered advice along with his services. When he was done, everything worked as I wanted it to. I also felt the price that was charged was fair, and there's no beating that!

We have had the same representative (Bob) for a number of years now. He's great about calling ahead to be sure we connect for tank refills as ours is in a gated area. He also toots the horn when in the area just to remind folks to check their tank levels! He's very personable and a great representative for Amerigas!

Cathy was very helpful and helped me out after requesting amerigas to come and splah the tank last minute. It was a process but it got done.
