I am very happy with the Technician they sent to replace my leaking regulator, and the leaks he found while installing it. He was very conscientious, and didn't make excuses, just did what was needed.
I had another "Family" owned local propane company come out and tell me it was "normal" to smell propane around the tank! Their tech was just lazy, and UNSAFE.

We never have to worry about our fuel, it's always refilled when needed and I get the invoice in my email a day or two later! Thank you.

I really feel he went the extra care(mile) to try everything he could to fix our issues, and he DID. He could have left and said call your heat and air company , but he said I’ll try one more thing and found that our gas had been turned off by our heat and air company but I don’t remember them telling me if they did.. So long story short, I absolutely feel he is a big asset to your company.
Thank you for all your time and service, don’t see that personal touch so much anymore, so was so refreshing.

Being away from such a rural area and in the city for a long time then coming back, all the customer service reps and all staff at the Placerville, CA location helped me understand the filling and billing process much more. Additionally they helped me find the plan best for our family and were more than helpful getting us signed up.
