The technician called ahead to make sure we were home and to let us know he was on his way. Friendly and answered any question we had, due to the fact we have never used propane.

The driver had trouble with the gate code pad and almost couldn't make the delivery but he persisted so that we got our delivery. Many thanks for making the extra attempts!

The customer service of your Grass Valley office. They are always very nice and respectful especially of their older customers, that being my husband and myself. They are very helpful and quickly remedy any situation or concern that I present them with.. Five stars to all of them in the Grass Valley office.

It was pouring down rain, the worst part of the storm. I could barely open my door because rain was pouring in and your guy was out there doing a safety check! He even dod it twice! I even took a picture of him because I couldn't believe he had to be out there in such severe weather.

Cameron is so amazing. He knows we just had a whole new road put in and is extremely careful to keep the heavy truck dead center. This makes his work a bit harder as he has to climb a hill from the truck to the tank.. He comes with a smile and leaves with a smile. This week after Cameron filled our tank, my husband came in and commented what great service he gave us. Thank you Cameron

I am on the service that automatically fills my tank when it gets low. I do not need to worry about refilling. This is wonderful as the home is located in the Sierra mountains and I close it up for the winter and set the temperature at 52 degrees. Great service and reliable.
