The service man (Cary ?) was very friendly, courteous , and knowledgeable . He also had good suggestions .

I’ve always liked your service, however, this time the person who was supposed to fix my fireplace gave up and walked out, telling me he was not coming back to fix it!! He just told me to buy a new barbecue lighter and fix it myself‼️

I called the week between Christmas & New Year and the lady who answered the phone was very nice and concerned when I to;d her that I thought that I was going to run out of propane
and guests were coming from out of town. She said, "I'll do all that I can, to see if we can get there,but she said you have have a certain percent, about equal to 40 cups."
We didn't run out and the delivery was the next week. Excellent service!

Traci Cooper the person on the other end of the phone was a pleasure to work with, and even though it was difficult working through the holidays scheduling fill ups and me leaving on vacation for a month she worked with me and got my tank filled.

We have been with AmeriGas for over 10 years as a residential costumer, and they have always taken great care of us in a timely and friendly way.

I have been a longtime customer and I was about to quit because the pricing was not competitive. I felt like new customers got all the discounts and loyal customers received 0.
However, the sales rep offered me a discount and took the time to request my e mail so I could take advantage of discount offers, so we will see how that goes.

We realized with a house full of company for 3 weeks straight with grandchildren and realized that we were extremely low on Friday evening Dec 22nd and did not know if we would have enough for Christmas.
I called Amerigas late on Friday and they said they would be there by 9:00 and they were there with a smile on his face.
