The man delivering was really nice and, even after a bout a foot of snow, he delivered without a problem. All the while still maintaining a polite, friendly attitude.

We were so very impressed with the delivery and driver we received on January 8th 2018. Roads have been very unreliable for drivers due to snow and rain on top of ice, and the tremendous spread of customer locations to contend with.

Our driver was quick and effective in reaching our tank, friendly and prompt.

We also were able to have our winter heaters installed and ready for use before the weather turned bad.

Store staff serving our remote eastern counties in Washington are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with decision making. We enjoy stopping to chat with the staff in the Kettle Falls./Colville plant in Stevens County.

Very much appreciated.

Quick response and arrival. Helped reset our gauge as it was not accurate. Only negative is there was no phone call prior to arrival. Fantastic service and the technicians are always kind and respectful.

I don't know, I never saw the guy. Just saw the invoice on the front door. He was good at his job, very quit and efficient. Keep up the good work and Happy New Year.

Nothing actually. The guy was not friendly, said he'd leave a bill but I did not see one, maybe I missed it. I am loyal to the company, that is why I would recommend it, not because of this service visit.

The guy in charge of the Kettle Falls office is a jewel.
