I received two automated calls telling me about the delivery the next day. On the day of delivery, the local office called to tell me the driver was on the way as I requested. I have dogs and wanted to make sure they were in so they wouldn't interfere with the driver.
the only concern was that the receipt was left on the garage door and it had fallen to the ground.

Truck showed up within 5 days of my request call and driver was very professional, courteous and polite.

Quick response to my call about not having any gas. Delivery employee was very polite and explained everything he was required to do because my tank was empty. Made sure my stove was working and lit the heater I have in my garage.

I was so happy that they made an effort to come on the Monday after the Friday I talked to them. We had run out of propane and the cold was awful, but it was our own fault...everyone was nice, and understanding

Kelly (customer service person who answered the phone) was amazing! I was also thrilled that Mr. David Sucks (driver) made the extra effort to get to our facility. Kelly and David made the extra effort to help me and the non-profit I work for. I am very thankful for that!!

Our propane tank ran out at our flip house while we were out of town. They came out on a Saturday to fill it up and were there within an hour. The gentleman from Amerigas said he would "watch our tank" for us as there are 5-6 other accounts in that neighborhood. We were very pleased with how quickly they responded to our needs. The only negative thing I can say is that the customer service rep told us there would be a $150 charge to come out on the weekend and another $150 charge because it was completely empty, so both charges were expected, but I have no idea how much we actually paid to fill up the tank. The invoice my husband signed after they were done also did not have the final bill on it.
