We thought the initial service and maintenance check for our tank and home was exceptionally thorough. And the follow up propane fill was done in a timely manner.

Our main concern was that the tank was only filled to 68%. In the past our tank was ALWAYS filled to 80%. We were hoping to take advantage of the great price and have it filled to that level. That was our only complaint.

From the customer service reps, to the delivery and service techs. All are always professional, courteous, friendly and prompt. I LOVE the service I receive from my Murphy, NC team!!

Personnel responded to timely tank refill. Took into consideration that our weather conditions were higher than normal service would have been. AmeriGas is customer service oriented and provided service without wait and worry. Thank you for your service.

Larry was excellent! He explained what was going on and took the time to tell me how he would fix it. He also.showed me how to adjust my simmer mode on the stove. Excellent customer service!!!

The service men that came out to check for leaks and to fill my tank were more than prompt and efficient. They were very nice and professional. Jill in the office was great walking me through the account set up and her patience is greatly appreciated.
